Elanco Solution Center (ESC), a dynamic Elanco Animal Health business services hub of almost 500 employees representing 23 nationalities, thrives on an inclusive work culture fostering diversity, collaboration, and innovation. Employee-centric initiatives, including Ideathons, number of community engagement activities, "Bring Your Dog to Work" days, create a positive work environment. Ten active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) focused on social identity, shared interests, and sports, support volunteering, personal development, and women's initiatives.
